Puppy Love is a family run Business. We are Paul & Donna, a husband and wife team who have owned dogs all our lives. We have owned breeds ranging from Labradors & Collies to Springer spaniels & Dobermans. 

We have Owned German Shepherds for many years’s but sadly lost our last German Shepherd Leah in 2018. This was a very sad loss as Leah was the inspiration behind Puppy Love; she will always be in our hearts & will live on through our Business

We currently have Elmo & Hatter, Loony & Pepsi who are Cardigan Welsh Corgi’s. These are one of Britain’s most vulnerable breeds, so we feel quite privileged to own this intelligent fun loving breed. Some enjoy Agility & some like to strut their stuff in the Show Ring. They have also appeared in a Dog Magazine & our local paper.

Paul started Puppy Love as a Groomer and quickly became known for dealing with the more difficult dogs, this gave him an understanding of how to handle & understand uncontrollable dogs, in which started the path to what we now predominantly specialise in. This part of the business has become a real passion, as we see many behavioral issues in dogs. This could be due to lack of socialisation, bad experiences, dogs coming from rescues & many other reasons. However with the right training for the dog and owner, these issues can be improved, which in turn leads to a more stable dog & a confident owner.
